To buy a Reduced Bus/Trolley Fare, you first need to apply for a Reduced Fare ID Card. After you’re approved, your ID Card will be mailed to you. Show this card to the Bus/Trolley Operator when using a Reduced Fare Pass. Passes are non-transferable. Reduced fares are available for active or inactive military, seniors 60+, students, disabled, TD Paratransit, and ADA Paratransit riders. Medicare cards are accepted as proof for reduced fare. Children under five ride for free, and Eastern Florida State College students ride for free with a valid student ID.
A Reduced Fare ID Card is required to purchase a Reduced Bus/Trolley Fare. Once a Reduced Fare ID Card Application is submitted and approved, a Reduced Fare ID Card will be mailed to the applicant. All passengers should be prepared to show the Reduced Fare ID Card to the Bus/Trolley Operator when using a Reduced Fare Pass. Passes are non-transferable.
