Reduced Bus/Trolley Fare And ID Card

To buy a Reduced Bus/Trolley Fare, you first need to apply for a Reduced Fare ID Card. After you’re approved, your ID Card will be mailed to you. Show this card to the Bus/Trolley Operator when using a Reduced Fare Pass. Passes are non-transferable. For instant mobile tickets, complete the application for your Reduced Fare ID Card, then download the Token Transit app to purchase your fares. You need to log in or set up an account on the 321Transit website before applying for your Reduced Fare ID Card.

A Reduced Fare ID Card is required to purchase a Reduced Bus/Trolley Fare. Once a Reduced Fare ID Card Application is submitted and approved, a Reduced Fare ID Card will be mailed to the applicant. All passengers should be prepared to show the Reduced Fare ID Card to the Bus/Trolley Operator when using a Reduced Fare Pass. Passes are non-transferable. To apply for a Reduced Fare ID Card, select the applicable Reduced Fare eligibility category listed below, view the requirements, and upload qualifying documents.

321Transit now offers a new contactless mobile ticketing system powered by Token Transit. This app allows payment with a credit or debit card and sends a 1-Ride, 10-Ride or 30-Day Bus/Trolley Pass directly and instantly to a smartphone.

Reduced Fare rates will not be accessible on Token Transit until a Reduced Fare ID Card approval notification has been received from Space Coast Area Transit. If a user cannot access Reduced Fare rates in Token Transit call 321-635-7815 Option 2 or email us for assistance.
